I graduated from Ponce Beauty College, San Mateo, California  and have been working for 33 years in the beauty industry.  I have always specialized in hair color and have not changed from my original philosophy.  I believe that hair color should look natural and enhance a person’s skin and eye tones. Used properly it is sort of a brightening process.  This coloring process is best done in a salon because it requires regular maintenance.  I believe in keeping the price reasonable so that you can return for root touch ups.
